I am running for Carson City Council District 2 because I believe our community deserves leadership that listens, responds, and gets things done.

For years, I have had the opportunity to work with young people, families, community organizations, and residents to create opportunities and address challenges that affect our neighborhoods. Through that experience, I have learned an important lesson: our communities do not need more promises—they need practical solutions, strong partnerships, and leaders willing to do the work.

I am running because I believe Carson has tremendous potential, but we must be willing to address the issues that are directly affecting our residents.

I want to help build safer and cleaner neighborhoods, expand opportunities for our youth, strengthen workforce and economic development, address homelessness and housing challenges, protect our parks and community spaces, and make city government more accessible and accountable to the people it serves.

My vision is particularly focused on the next generation. Young people should not have to leave Carson to find opportunity. We should be building pathways to careers, mentorships, internships, entrepreneurship, technology, healthcare, and other opportunities right here in our community. When we invest in our young people, we invest in the future of Carson.

But this campaign is not about one person. It is about what we can accomplish together.

I want to hear directly from the residents of District 2—the families who have lived here for generations, the young people building their futures, the small-business owners creating jobs, the working families who keep our community moving, and every resident who has an idea about how we can make Carson better.

That is why I am committed to taking this campaign directly to the people. I want to walk our neighborhoods, listen to residents at their doors, understand their concerns, and turn those conversations into meaningful action.

I am not running simply to hold a position. I am running to serve.

District 2 deserves a representative who will show up, listen, solve problems, and remain accountable to the community.

This is our opportunity to build a stronger Carson—one neighborhood, one family, and one opportunity at a time.
